Mr.Jogeswar Mohanty, a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and MBA in Finance, has more than 8 years of secretarial and Compliance Management experience.

He joined Kamdhenu Limited as a Management trainee in 2007, and assumed various responsibilities in legal and corporate matters and got promotion as Assistant Company Secretary. Thereafter, he took over the charge of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. He has rich experience in Corporate Law matters, Takeover code, Insider trading regulations, Listing Compliances, liaisoning with various statutory authorities, Stock Market and Corporate Governance.

He oversees & ensures that board procedures are both followed and regularly reviewed and provides suggestions to the chairman and directors on their responsibilities under various laws.
